For Founders
The AI assistant for founders who are tired of being the company's memory
You don't have an information problem. You have a context problem. Memoraxis remembers every investor thread, customer promise and partner conversation, and tells you each morning which ones need you.
Founders don't have an information problem. They have a context problem.
Everything you need to know already exists somewhere: in your inbox, your calendar, a folder in Drive, a call you took three weeks ago, a comment under your last post.
The problem is that you are the only thing connecting it. You remember the investor asked for updated numbers. You remember you promised the customer a fix by Friday. You remember the candidate is waiting to hear back.
Until one week you don’t — and that is reliably the week it matters.
Memoraxis takes that job off you. It keeps the context connected across your tools, so remembering stops being something you do in your head.
Where founders lose track
Six places the same failure happens, and what changes when something else is holding the thread.
Investors
An investor asked for updated metrics two weeks ago. Since then: three calls, a board prep and a hiring crunch.
Commitments you made in email come back as something waiting on you, before they turn into an awkward follow-up from the other side.
Customers
You said “we’ll have that by end of month” on a call and again in an email. Nobody wrote it down anywhere else.
Ask what you promised a customer and get the answer back with the email and the meeting it came from — not a confident guess.
Deals and partnerships
The budget in their latest reply is different from the one in your proposal. You only ever see the new number, never the change.
Signals compare the two and flag that it moved, because the earlier figure is still in memory.
Hiring
Candidates, recruiters and interview loops spread across email and calendar. Someone always gets forgotten.
Your Morning Brief shows who is still waiting on an answer and which interviews are coming up.
Decisions
“Didn’t we already decide this?” The decision happened in a thread two months ago and nobody can find it.
Decisions stay connected to the conversation that produced them, so you can ask rather than search.
Building in public
People ask about pricing under your video and on your posts. You see likes, not leads.
Comments are read as business signal and land in the same memory as your email, not a separate dashboard.
The number moved and nobody said so
Of those six, the deal one is worth seeing, because it is the clearest case of something you cannot do by reading carefully. A reply saying $24,000 looks completely normal. It is only wrong — or only an opportunity — next to a proposal that said $20,000, and that proposal arrived three weeks ago.
You would have to remember the first number to notice the second. Memoraxis still holds it, so the change is the thing it tells you about.

Ask your business the way you'd ask a cofounder
The questions a founder actually needs answered are rarely about one app:
- “What should I act on today?”
- “Who’s waiting on a reply?”
- “Which emails still need a reply?”
- “What deadlines are coming up this week?”
- “Summarize everything about Northwind”
Each answer shows the emails, events and files it was built from, so you can check it in a few seconds before acting on it. That matters more for a founder than for most users: you are usually asking right before you say something to someone who will remember it.

If you build in public, your comments are a pipeline
Founders who post get asked real commercial questions in public, mixed in with everything else. “How much is it?” sits between a compliment and an argument, and the platform shows you a like count.
Because those comments land in the same memory as your email, the person who asked about pricing under a video and the person who emailed asking the same thing stop being two unrelated notifications.

↓ What matters?
↓ What should you do next?
A customer asks about pricing on Instagram. Another asks on YouTube. A third emails you about the same thing. Memoraxis connects the dots.
So later you can just ask:
“Who showed interest in my consulting service this week?”
And the answer includes that Instagram DM and that YouTube comment — next to the email thread they turned into, and the meeting you booked off them.

Why not just use ChatGPT, a notes app, or hire someone?
ChatGPT and other chatbots are genuinely good for writing and thinking, and worth keeping. But they only know what you paste in and forget it afterwards — which leaves you as the memory, which was the problem.
Notes apps and CRMs work exactly as well as you keep them updated. Founders do not keep them updated, and a system that depends on the busiest person doing data entry is a system that quietly stops being true. Memoraxis builds its memory from the tools you are already using.
A chief of staff or assistant is genuinely valuable and does things software cannot. They also need to be told everything first, which is the same bottleneck in a friendlier shape.
A full side-by-side is on the AI business assistant page.
Start small. It grows on its own.
- 01
Connect one mailbox and one calendar
Gmail or Outlook, Google or Microsoft calendar. That is enough to start.
- 02
Add what only you know
Your own notes in My Brain — the context that was never in an email.
- 03
Add the rest when you want
Drive, OneDrive, Teams, YouTube, Instagram.
The memory starts building immediately and is more useful every week. Plans are on the pricing page.
Questions founders ask
For what the underlying memory is, see AI business memory.
- What is an AI assistant for founders?
- An assistant that keeps track of the relationships and commitments a founder juggles — investors, customers, candidates, partners — and tells you which ones need attention. The useful ones work from your real email, calendar and documents rather than from whatever you remember to paste in.
- Is this an AI chief of staff?
- It covers a good part of that role: keeping track of what is happening, remembering commitments, preparing a daily brief and surfacing what needs you. It does not make decisions, and it does not contact anyone on your behalf.
- I'm a solo founder. Is it useful without a team?
- Arguably more so. With no one else to remember things, everything depends on you — which is exactly the dependency this removes. A solo founder is the person with the least slack when something is forgotten.
- Will it work with the tools I already use?
- Gmail and Outlook, Google and Microsoft calendars, Google Drive, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, YouTube and Instagram, plus your own written notes.
- Is my company's data safe?
- You choose which apps to connect and can disconnect any of them later, and Memoraxis does not use your connected private data to train public AI models. The privacy policy is the authoritative version of that answer.
- How much does it cost?
- There is a free plan to start with, and Pro for connecting more of your business. See pricing.
