Return & Cancellation Policy

Memoraxis is a digital software-as-a-service product. Because the service is delivered electronically and nothing physical is shipped, there is no product to return.

What applies instead is cancellation: ending a paid subscription so that it does not renew. Refunds for payments already made are covered separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A Memoraxis subscription gives you access to the features of the plan you selected, for the subscription period you selected. Plans available today are:

• Free — no payment required, subject to the usage limits shown on the plan.
• Pro — a paid subscription, billed for the interval shown at checkout.
• Founding Membership — a limited introductory price on Pro, described below.

Plans, limits and pricing shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your subscription.

You can cancel a paid subscription yourself, at any time, from Settings → Plans & Billing in your Memoraxis account. Cancelling does not end your access immediately:

1. 1You cancel your subscription.
2. 2Paid features remain available for the rest of the billing period you have already paid for.
3. 3At the end of that period the subscription expires and does not renew.
4. 4Your account moves to the Free plan and its limits.

A cancellation scheduled for the end of the period can be undone before that date by resuming the subscription from the same screen.

Memoraxis offers special introductory pricing to a limited number of founding members. Eligibility, availability, the number of places and the duration of the offer are shown during the applicable signup or checkout process, and those displayed terms are the ones that apply.

Founder pricing is tied to a continuing subscription. If a Founder subscription is cancelled or lapses, the founder price may no longer be available if the offer has since closed.

Access to Memoraxis is provided digitally, through the supported web application and messaging interfaces. No physical goods are shipped, and there is no delivery period beyond activation of your account or plan.

You may stop using Memoraxis and request deletion of your account at any time — see Data Deletion.

Memoraxis may suspend or terminate an account where necessary, for reasons including fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, misuse of connected services, unresolved payment problems, security concerns, or a breach of our Terms of Service or applicable law.

Cancelling a paid subscription does not delete your account. Your My Brain notes, Business Memory, analyzed documents and conversations remain associated with your account, subject to the limits of the Free plan.

Information stored above a Free-plan limit may remain stored but become unavailable for active use until the account returns to an eligible plan. Deleting your account is a separate, explicit action, and it removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy and on the Data Deletion page. Retention of any remaining information is governed by those documents.

Disconnecting a third-party service, or revoking Memoraxis access from that provider, stops further synchronization from it.

Memoraxis may add, modify, remove or discontinue features as the product develops, and may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
