Request deletion of your Memoraxis data

If you can sign in to Memoraxis:

1. 1Sign in to Memoraxis.
2. 2Open Settings.
3. 3Go to Account.
4. 4Under “Delete account”, select Delete my account.
5. 5Type your email address to confirm, then confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access your account, email support@memoraxisai.com from the address associated with your Memoraxis account and ask for your account and data to be deleted.

Memoraxis deletes your account and the data stored with it — including your Business Memory, briefs, chats, notes, connected-app tokens and profile — subject to any information we are legally required to retain. Deletion cannot be undone.

Disconnecting an integration (Settings → Connected Apps) stops future synchronization from that service immediately — Memoraxis stops reading it. It does not by itself delete information that has already been synchronized into your Memoraxis Business Memory, and it does not withdraw the authorization you granted at the provider: one authorization can cover several of that provider's services, so withdrawing it for one would disconnect all of them. Deleting your account, or disconnecting all integrations, does withdraw it.

To permanently delete stored Memoraxis information, use the account deletion process above.

Deleting your Memoraxis account — and disconnecting all integrations — revokes Memoraxis's access with the provider as well as deleting the credentials we stored. For Google, that removes Memoraxis from your "Third-party apps with account access" list. You can always check, or withdraw access yourself, from the provider directly:

• Google — myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Meta / Instagram — Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or Instagram Settings → Website permissions
• Microsoft — account.microsoft.com/privacy/app-access
