What the Free plan includes
Free is a working business memory, not a trial. It connects the three Google apps most businesses already run on (Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive) and adds My Brain, the place for the context that only you know and no app holds.
From those, you get a Morning Brief, AI chat that answers from your own email, meetings and files, and document and email analysis, each within the limits shown on the plan card above.

What Pro adds
Pro is for when your business does not live in one suite. It brings in the Microsoft workspace and your audience, so the memory covers Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 together and the comments on your YouTube videos and Instagram posts.
It also raises the limits on everything Free meters, adds deep document analysis and advanced social intelligence, keeps your full history, and can deliver your Morning Brief on WhatsApp instead of waiting for you to open the app.

Pricing questions
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan connects Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive, includes My Brain for your own notes, and gives you a Morning Brief and AI chat within the limits shown on the plan card. It does not expire.
- What does Pro add?
- The Microsoft workspace (Outlook, Microsoft Calendar, OneDrive and Teams), the YouTube and Instagram integrations, deeper document analysis, Morning Brief delivery on WhatsApp, and higher limits across AI requests, memory and analysis.
- Is anything unlimited on Pro?
- No, and we would rather say so. Pro's limits are much higher than Free's, not absent. Fair-use limits apply to certain high-cost AI and media processing features.
- Which currency will I be charged in?
- Prices are set per currency rather than converted at the day's exchange rate. Indian prices are shown before GST; everywhere else, tax is calculated at checkout.
- Can I start on Free and upgrade later?
- Yes. Start on Free and upgrade from Settings, under Plans & Billing, when you want the apps and limits that Free does not include.
- How do cancellations and refunds work?
- The refund and cancellation policy covers how subscriptions are billed, how to cancel and when a refund may apply.
