One memory across everything you use
Memoraxis connects the apps your business already runs on, remembers what happens in them, works out what it means, and brings forward what needs you. Four steps, in that order.
1. Connect the apps your business already runs on
You start by connecting accounts you already have. Each app is connected separately, through its own sign-in and consent screen, so Memoraxis only ever reads what you have chosen to connect.
- Google: Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive.
- Microsoft: Outlook, Microsoft Calendar, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
- Audience: YouTube and Instagram comments.
- Your own notes: the context that lives in your head and in no app at all.
Using both suites is normal, not an edge case. See how it works as one assistant across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and check pricing for which apps each plan includes.
2. Remember what happens, in one place
Emails, meetings, documents and comments from your connected apps are recorded as events in your business memory, within your plan’s limits: who each one involved, when it happened and what it was about. A reply you already opened is still a business fact, so it is remembered whether or not it is unread.
This is the part a chat window cannot do. A chatbot knows what you paste into it and starts empty next time; a memory keeps building, so a question in March can be answered with something that was said in January. The longer explanation is on the AI business memory page.
3. Understand what it means
Remembering is not the same as noticing. Memoraxis reads across the memory for the things that matter to a business: a message that is still waiting for your reply, a question that signals buying intent, a figure in an email that does not match the one in the document.
Audience conversations are read the same way. A hundred comments become the few that are worth answering and the topics people keep raising, on both YouTube and Instagram.

4. Act on what needs you
Understanding only helps if it reaches you at the right moment. Memoraxis turns the memory into three things you use during the day.
A Morning Brief. At the time you choose, in your own timezone, a short read of what needs attention today: who is waiting on you, what is on the calendar, and what is still worth following up.
A plan for today, not a feed
A list of today’s actions. A short, ranked plan rather than everything that arrived: each item says why it matters now and roughly how long it will take. Where the action is a reply, a draft is written for you to review. You approve it, edit it or discard it.
This is how the emails waiting for your reply stop depending on you remembering to look for them.

Ask a question instead of searching four apps
A chat that already has the context. Ask in plain language and the answer is drawn from your memory, with the sources shown, so you can see what it is based on. Follow-up questions stay on the same subject without you repeating the name.
What this looks like across a working day is on the AI business assistant page; the versions written for founders and creators go through the situations each of them deals with.

Private by design
Your data stays yours. Connections are read through your own authorized accounts, you can disconnect any app at any time, and your data is never sold. Memoraxis does not use your connected private data to train public AI models.
The privacy policy names every integration, what is read from it and how to get it deleted.
Questions about how it works
- What do I need to connect to get started?
- One mailbox and one calendar is enough. Everything else can be added later, and the memory starts building from the moment the first app is connected.
- Does Memoraxis send emails or messages on my behalf?
- Not on its own. It writes a draft reply and shows it to you; you read it, edit it and decide what happens to it. Nothing leaves your account without you approving that exact text.
- Does it read my apps live every time I ask a question?
- No. Connected apps are synced into your business memory, and the brief, chat and action list all answer from that memory. That is what lets one answer draw on an email, a meeting and a file together.
- Which apps does Memoraxis connect to?
- Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive; Outlook, Microsoft Calendar, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams; YouTube and Instagram; plus your own written notes. Pricing shows which of them each plan includes.
- Can I disconnect an app later?
- Yes, at any time, from Connected Apps in your settings. The privacy policy sets out what is stored and how to have it deleted.

Connect the two apps you use most. The memory starts building from that moment, and the rest can be added when you are ready.
