Memoraxis ("Memoraxis", "we", "our", or "us") provides an AI-powered business memory platform that connects services such as Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, OneDrive, Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, YouTube and Instagram.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you.

When you connect a third-party service, Memoraxis accesses only the information authorized through that provider's own authorization flow. Depending on the integrations you enable, this may include:

• Gmail / Outlook — emails, metadata, and related message information.
• Google Calendar / Microsoft Calendar — calendar events and meeting information.
• Google Drive / OneDrive — documents and file metadata.
• Microsoft Teams — conversations and related information, when enabled.
• YouTube — channel information, videos, comments, and related engagement information.
• Instagram — professional-account profile information, posts and reels, comments, insights, and messages where the relevant permissions have been granted.
• WhatsApp — your phone number and the information required to deliver your Morning Brief and messaging functionality.
• Account information — the name, email address and profile picture provided by the identity provider you sign in with, plus the workspace preferences and profile details you enter yourself.

We only access integrations that you explicitly connect.

We use connected information to provide Memoraxis features, including:

• Business Memory and the Memory Graph
• AI-powered search and chat over your own information
• Your Morning Brief and daily Command Center plan
• Email and conversation prioritization
• Meeting preparation
• Document and conversation analysis
• Instagram and YouTube Conversation Intelligence
• Identification of questions, opportunities, complaints, feedback, and other business signals
• AI-generated summaries and recommendations
• AI-assisted reply drafting, which you review before it is used
• Organization and business timelines

We do not use connected information to create advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information.

Connected information may be processed by AI/ML systems and service providers that support Memoraxis. AI processing is used to generate the summaries, classifications, recommendations, search results and responses you request.

Memoraxis does not use your connected private data to train public AI models.

Memoraxis uses infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform, including cloud hosting, data storage and processing, authentication, and AI/ML processing providers. These providers process information only as necessary to provide Memoraxis services, and are subject to applicable contractual and security requirements.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Connected data may be stored in Memoraxis to provide Business Memory, search, chat, analytics and other functionality you have requested. Data is retained while your account and the relevant integration remain active, unless a shorter retention period is required by applicable law or you request deletion.

Disconnecting an integration stops future synchronization from that provider. Information that was previously synchronized may remain in your Memoraxis account until it is removed using your deletion controls or through an account-deletion request.

You can:

• Connect or disconnect any integration, at any time, from Settings → Connected Apps
• Control optional features such as WhatsApp Morning Brief delivery
• Request deletion of your Memoraxis account and associated data
• Revoke the permissions you granted directly with the relevant provider
• Contact Memoraxis about your personal information at support@memoraxisai.com

Disconnecting an integration prevents any future synchronization from that provider.

When you connect an Instagram professional account, Memoraxis may receive information from Meta according to the permissions you approve. Depending on the permissions granted, this can include:

• Instagram professional-account information
• Posts and reels
• Comments
• Instagram insights
• Messages

Instagram information is used to provide the Instagram Workspace, Post Intelligence, Conversation Intelligence, audience analysis, recommendations and AI-assisted reply functionality.

Memoraxis does not sell Instagram data, and does not use it for advertising purposes unrelated to the Memoraxis functionality you have requested. Instagram data is deleted when you disconnect the integration and delete the associated Memoraxis data, or when you delete your Memoraxis account — see Data Deletion.

Memoraxis's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail, Calendar, Drive and YouTube data is used only to provide the user-facing features described in this policy, is never sold, and is never used for advertising.

You can review and revoke Memoraxis's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Access credentials and authentication tokens are protected using appropriate security controls, including encryption of stored provider tokens.

You may request deletion of your Memoraxis account and associated information at any time. See our Data Deletion page for instructions and for what happens after a deletion request.

Memoraxis is a business productivity service intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@memoraxisai.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Memoraxis evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by other appropriate means, and the "last updated" date above will change.
