Terms of Service

Memoraxis provides AI-powered business memory, search, analysis, automation and productivity features. You may use Memoraxis for lawful personal or professional purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Memoraxis account and of the third-party accounts you connect to it. You must provide accurate information, and you must not use another person's account without authorization.

You choose which third-party services to connect to Memoraxis. By connecting a service, you authorize Memoraxis to access and process the information permitted by that provider's authorization flow.

You remain responsible for complying with the applicable terms of those third-party services, and for having the right to connect the accounts you connect.

You retain ownership of the content and information you connect to, or create through, Memoraxis. You grant Memoraxis permission to process that information solely to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Memoraxis functionality you have requested.

Memoraxis may generate summaries, classifications, recommendations, search results, draft responses and other AI-generated content.

AI-generated information may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing important information before relying on it or taking action based on it.

Where Memoraxis generates a suggested response, you remain responsible for reviewing and approving that response before it is sent. Memoraxis creates drafts for your review; it does not send messages on your behalf without your action.

You must not:

• Break applicable laws
• Infringe another person's rights
• Abuse connected services or violate their terms
• Attempt unauthorized access to Memoraxis or to any other account or system
• Interfere with or disrupt Memoraxis
• Use Memoraxis to distribute malicious content
• Circumvent security or access controls

Memoraxis integrates with third-party services including Google, Microsoft, Meta, YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp and other providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Memoraxis is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions or policies imposed by third-party providers.

Memoraxis may be modified, updated, suspended or temporarily unavailable. Features may change as the product develops, and we will make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes.

You may stop using Memoraxis and request account deletion at any time — see Data Deletion. Cancellation of a paid subscription is covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Memoraxis may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Memoraxis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law. Our Disclaimer sets out in more detail the limits of AI-generated information, document analysis and connected-service data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Memoraxis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
